Adan Canto (1981-2024)

The biz was saddened when it was announced that Adan Canto passed away last week at the age of 42. Gone from this world far too soon.

I worked with Adan on Designated Survivor season 2 and 3. I didn't know him personally, but as a working professional he was top-notch. He was always on time, always knew his lines, always polite and always ready to blow the doors off a scene. I wish that more performers were like him.

I will never forget the day on Designated Survivor season 3, we were shooting episode 7 and his character was running for Vice-President. Aaron Shore had to give a speech to address revelations about his youth. When he finished speaking, everybody's hair was standing on end. He really rocked us with this one.
